This is the whole of it. The BillGen pre-release site collects almost nothing, and this page says exactly what “almost” means.
What we store
If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you type, which language version of this page you were reading, and the date. If you send a request, we also store the name, company, role, market and message you enter. Nothing else. We use no analytics, we embed no third-party scripts, and we build no profile of you.
Where it is stored
In a database hosted in Frankfurt, inside the European Union. The function that receives what you send runs in the same region.
What we use it for
To answer you, and to understand which markets and which kinds of business are asking. We do not share the list, sell it, or send a newsletter.
The cookie
One cookie, named billgen_locale, set only when you click a language yourself. It remembers that choice for a year so the site opens in your language next time. It holds a two-letter language code and nothing more, and is never used to identify or track you.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and we will do so without asking why. One email is enough.
Who to ask
Write to the address below. BillGen is a pre-release product built by one developer in Belgium — your message reaches a person, not a queue.
